Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national public holidays.

• Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day.
• Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM IST, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS immediately upon successful payment.
• A dispatch notification with the AWB (tracking) number is sent within 24 hours of shipment.

Real-time shipment tracking is available for all orders dispatched by AMAKEUPVED Healthcare LLP.

• A tracking number (AWB) and a direct tracking link are sent to your registered mobile number and email address within 24 hours of dispatch.
• You can also track your order at any time from the 'My Orders' section of your AMAKEUPVED account.
• Our shipments are handled by leading courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC. You may track directly on their respective portals using the AWB number provided.

• If your shipment is lost in transit, we will file a complaint with the courier partner and dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund within 7–10 working days.
• If your order is returned to us as undelivered (due to wrong address or repeated non-availability), we will contact you to re-ship or process a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
