Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all transactions processed through AMAKEUPVED Healthcare LLP and is compliant with guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Razorpay Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Refund Processing — Standard Clause

All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) used during the transaction. Once the refund is initiated by AMAKEUPVED Healthcare LLP, it typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. No cash refunds will be entertained for online payments.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select 'Cancel Order', or write to support@amakeupved.com.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the eligibility criteria in Section 2 below.

Cancellation by AMAKEUPVED Healthcare LLP

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

✅ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Eligible for a full refund or free replacement — no questions asked.

  • Product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
  • Wrong product or variant delivered.
  • Product is past its expiry date upon delivery.
  • Product is missing from the delivered package.

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

🔄 Change of Mind / Unwanted Item

Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery subject to the conditions below.

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
  • All tags, stickers, and batch codes must be intact.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Refund is processed only after quality inspection at our warehouse.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items sold under clearance, sale, or promotional offers marked as "Final Sale".
  • Products returned without their original packaging or accessories.
  • Return requests raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Gift cards and digital vouchers.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to 'My Orders'.
  2. Select the relevant order and click 'Request Return / Refund'.
  3. Choose the applicable reason, and upload clear photographic evidence of the item and its packaging.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
  5. If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled (for defective items) or you will be provided with a return shipping address (for change-of-mind returns).
  6. Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours and will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days.

Timelines are from the date of refund initiation by AMAKEUPVED Healthcare LLP and are subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing schedule.
